Emmie is an illustrator and designer with a BFA in illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design. She is a Chinese New Zealander
currently based in Auckland. With a particular interest towards children’s picture books, her work captures the fun and energy of life through shapes, textures, and colours. She hopes to offer a tiny corner of balance and positivity in her illustrations, thus, a special place for the viewer to savour for themselves. When she isn’t drawing or reading, you can find Emmie hanging out with cats.
